Product Details anti-CD81 Antibody

Specificity: Reacts with human CD81 (TAPA-1), a 24 kD member of the TM4 superfamily of proteins with four transmembrane domains. The mAb to CD81 have been shown to have anti-proliferative effects on different lymphoid cell lines, particularly those derived from large cell lymphomas. The mAb was clustered at the VI WLDA.

Immunogen: A B cell line derived from a Burkitt lymphoma. Splenocytes were fused with mouse myeloma NS1 cells.
